PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

* Monday through Friday shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM with one weekend per month required
* Must be available to work flexible hours before and after standard shifts, overtime, weekends, holidays, and after hours as needed
* Outpatient care setting
* Provide therapeutic interventions including ADL retraining, patient education in home safety, adaptive equipment and compensation techniques, coordination, strengthening and therapeutic exercise programs, manual therapy, therapeutic activities, aquatic therapy, and neuromuscular re-education
* Treat patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic, and other physically-related disorders requiring strengthening, modalities, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and training in activities of daily living
* Participate in professional responsibilities including documentation, program development, and teaching
* Float to other areas and sites as needed
* Previous direct patient care experience in outpatient, inpatient, or inpatient rehab unit preferred
* Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
* Charting system: EPIC
* Must be present in state during week of orientation
* 60-mile radius requirement; valid driver's license must be submitted
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
* Physical Therapist license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact required
* Dry Needling Certification required only if performing Dry Needling functions
