Job Details:
* Block schedule required
* Variable NOC/DAY shift with DAY shift start date beginning 9/21
* Every other weekend required with 6-7 weekend shifts per contract
* No on-call required
* Patient ratio of 3:1 for days, nights, and weekends
* 25 rooms in unit
* Float required between 2 sister facilities
* 8 hours of orientation
* One pre-approved time off request permitted
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* Patients served include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* At least 1 year of experience required
* Experience with Epic charting system required
* Required skills include arterial punctures and administering medication
* Required equipment experience: Puritan Bennett, Draeger, Airvo2, and Panda
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, RRT, and Washington State license
* Washington State license must be in hand at time of submission
* 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years
* Interdisciplinary support available including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Lift Teams, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, and Unit Secretary
