Opportunity:

RN - OR

Job Details:

* 13 or 26-week contract options available; if 26 weeks, must work 2 of the 3 main holidays
* Will consider 3x12 shift schedule
* Daily census of 60-80 cases per day
* Patient ratio of 1:1 for days, nights, and weekends
* Call required: 3-4 call shifts in a 6-week period, with at least one call shift on a weekend
* Covers all surgical procedures except Vascular, CVOR, and Neuro
* Strong experience in ENT, Plastics, and Pediatrics required
* Skills required include: Abdominoplasty, Breast augmentation, Free Flap (Microvascular), General OR, Laryngectomy, Mastectomy with TRAM flap reconstruction, Pedi General OR, Radical neck dissection, Tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy, and Tracheostomy
* Patients served include Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Travel experience required
* Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
* Medical testing required
* Scrubs are green and provided by the facility
* Interdisciplinary support available including IV Teams, Pharmacy, Transportation, and Unit Secretary
* Floating to other units and/or campuses may be required based on census needs
* Pre-approved time off: one instance allowed per contract
