PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

* Travel physical therapist position covering two clinic locations: Grangeville and Kooskia (25 miles apart)
* Combined 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient coverage
* 40 hours per week with Monday through Friday schedule
* 8-hour or 10-hour day shifts available with 1 hour unpaid lunch
* Rotating weekends required less than once per month
* Treat patients of all ages with general degenerative conditions, post-surgical cases, worker's compensation, and trauma cases
* Wound care responsibilities for certified providers
* General rural clinic setting with varied patient population
* Minimum 2 years of experience required in specialty
* Valid state license required at time of submission
* 2 references required within specialty being submitted for
* Travel experience preferred
