Job Details:

* Work 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
* No weekend or on-call requirements
* 1-2 years of outpatient oncology experience required
* 1-2 years of lab draw experience required
* California LVN license with IV therapy and blood withdrawal certification required
* Required certification: BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)
* Competency in IV skills required
* Charting performed in Epic (preferred)
* May be required to travel between two office locations
* Scrub color: Navy Blue
* Must have knowledge of all instruments and supplies to perform physical examinations and/or procedures
* Ability to take vital signs, administer medications, and obtain drug refills as needed
* Ability to recognize abnormal laboratory values and report to the physician
* Knowledge of symptomatology of common and/or life-threatening medical problems
* Skill to perform CPR
* Keyboard literacy skills to access and input data in computerized logging systems
* Ability to push, pull, or carry a minimum of 30 pounds or more
* Serves patient age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Patient diagnoses include hematology and oncology
* First-time travelers accepted

Facility:

This outpatient oncology facility provides specialized care for patients across a range of hematology and oncology diagnoses. The facility operates Monday through Friday and supports a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment where clinical staff work alongside physicians and other healthcare providers to deliver high-quality patient care.
