PT - Physical Therapy

Job Details:

* Day shift, 8-hour shifts with start time approximately 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* Weekend availability required (potentially all weekends with a comp day during the week, every other weekend, or a rotation agreed upon with candidate)
* Inpatient and acute inpatient rehabilitation setting only - no outpatient
* Specialties include orthopedics, neurology, ICU, and acute rehabilitation
* Must have EPIC experience
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if license obtained on or after January 2016 or foreign equivalent
* Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience preferred
* Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas requiring attention
* Use appropriate clinical techniques and tools to establish individualized treatment plans for patients
* Provide therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques
* Establish individualized care and discharge plans and communicate plans to appropriate parties
* Complete comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines
* Supervise assigned assistants
* Required certifications: Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice, BLS certification from approved vendor
