Opportunity:

Mammography Technologist

Job Details:

* 4x10 block scheduling available for the right candidate, but must work Saturdays
* See approximately 20 patients per day
* Work within a 2-room imaging unit
* Serve adult and geriatric patient populations
* At least 1 year of relevant experience required
* First-time travelers with relevant experience accepted
* California state license required; compact license must be in hand at submission
* Required certifications: ARRT M, ARRT R, BLS
* Required skills: 3-D Mammography, Diagnostic Mammograms, Digital Mammography, Hologic 3D, Outpatient, Radiation Safety, Screening Mammograms, Universal Precautions/Core Measures
* Preferred skills: Fine Needle Aspiration, Hologic Affirm BX, Needle Localizations, Stereotactic Biopsy
* Charting system experience preferred
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
* RTO limited to no more than 7 days; all RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront
* May be expected to float between sister facilities nearby; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment
* 2 references required, covering 1 year within the last 3 years
