Job Details:

* Day shift position working 5x8-hour shifts from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM
* 40 hours per week available
* Will accept 6-8 week contracts
* No call, float, or weekend requirements
* Target patient ratio of 1:5 with an average daily census of 6-9 patients
* Work with true vascular patients presenting with vein problems, swelling, and many requiring dialysis and port placement
* Perform tests including mesenteric, AIC, CDUS, AAA, and ABI studies
* Full-time vascular practice setting serving adult and geriatric patient populations
* Required skills: adult and geriatric work settings, abdominal aorta, renal/bladder, aorta, arterial graft studies, arterial mapping, carotid, color flow, dialysis grafts, doppler studies, duplex, lower extremity arterial, lower extremity venous, M-mode, peripheral vascular resistance, renal artery duplex, stents, transcranial doppler, upper extremity arterial, upper extremity venous, and vascular experience
* Imaging software used: PICOM; ultrasound machine: Phillips
* Documentation systems: EPIC and PICOM
* Scrub colors required: blue, grey, or black
* Required certifications: ARDMS, ARDMS RVT, BLS
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Travel experience required
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Orientation consists of 24 hours with hospital orientation in week one; traveler must be available for classes each day
* Locals accepted
