MULTISPECIALTY- 1ST TIMER US Tech/Echo Tech
Job Details:
* Multispecialty position requiring experience in general ultrasound, fetal ultrasound, OB, breast, transvaginal, vascular, echocardiogram, adult echo, contrast echo, and echo stress treadmill
* On-call required: 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM Monday through Friday, and 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday
* Weekend on-call coverage required
* Must be flexible with call schedule - this is a hard stop expectation
* Patient ratio of 8:1
* Will assist with precepting clinicians
* Patient age groups include neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
* Charting system experience required; Epic charting system used
* At least 1 year of experience required
* Required certifications: BLS, ARDMS or ARDMS VT or CCI or RDCS
* Compact license must be in hand at submission
* Skills required include: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester imaging, abdominal studies, aorta, appendix, bladder, breast ultrasound, carotid, color flow, Doppler studies, duplex, fetal anatomical survey, gallbladder, high risk OB, lower and upper extremity arterial and venous, obstetrics, PACS, pediatric abdomen/pelvis, renal, transvaginal, vascular, adult echo, contrast echo, and echo stress treadmill
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront during submittal
* 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years, completed during compliance process and prior to start
* May be expected to float between nearby sister facilities; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours
* Dress code: RNs wear navy blue; RRTs may wear any color; OR scrubs are provided and street clothes should be worn to the facility
* Parking is free in any unrestricted space
