Open Position: HR Generalist - Human Resources

HR Generalist

Job Details:

* Day shift position, Monday through Friday, on-site
* 40 hours per week, exempt status
* Must have EPIC experience
* Serves as a first-line advisor to leaders and employees on HR matters including policy interpretation, performance concerns, and basic workforce planning needs
* Conducts initial assessments of employee relations concerns and leads low-to-moderate risk investigations; escalates high-risk or precedent-setting issues to HR Business Partners
* Provides guidance on corrective actions and documentation in alignment with established policy and best practices
* Analyzes HR data and trends to inform recommendations for local operational improvements
* Supports execution of HR initiatives including performance management, onboarding, engagement, and compliance training
* Assists with local workforce planning discussions by providing relevant data, historical trends, and policy-based recommendations
* Collaborates on cross-functional HR projects with a focus on implementation and process adherence
* Maintains compliance with internal policies and external regulations
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and related experience required
* Typically requires 2?4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the healthcare industry
