Open Position: RN - ER

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2350.36

Opportunity:

RN - Labor & Delivery (or applicable specialty based on department)

Job Details:

* Evening shift position with hours from 2:00 PM to 2:30 AM
* 12-hour shifts with options for 36 or 48 hours per week
* Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
* Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
* Coordinate care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment
* Collect and analyze patient data to determine diagnosis and care issues
* Develop and implement care plans, coordinate care delivery, and evaluate progress toward patient outcomes
* Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective care
* Participate in discharge planning to provide continuity of care
* Provide health information and education to patients, families, and treatment team members
* Delegate and coordinate duties of healthcare team members appropriately
* Must have EPIC experience
* Minimum 2 years of recent experience in field required
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), ACLS (AHA or ARC), PALS (AHA or ARC), NRP (AHA or ARC)
* Current RN licensure in state of practice required
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
* Acute care facility experience preferred
