Job Details:

* 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
* 40 hours per week available
* 13-week contract accepted
* No call, float, or weekend requirements
* Average daily census of 50 patients across 8 rooms
* Patients include adolescents and adults
* Perinatal scanning for high-risk pregnancies required
* Perform Level 2 detailed anatomies, early anatomies, growth scans, BPP, dopplers, NT, TV, and fetal echo
* Patient diagnoses include chronic hypertension, gestational diabetes mellitus, growth restriction, and fetal abnormalities
* Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
* Travel experience required
* Required work setting skills: High Risk OB and Obstetrics
* Required equipment experience: GE ultrasound systems
* Required general ultrasound skills: Abdominal Aorta and Appendix
* Required OB/GYN skills: 1st?3rd Trimester, Amniotic Fluid Index, Fetal Anatomical Survey, and Placenta Previa
* Required neonatal skills: Head and Heart
* Additional required skills: Outpatient, MCA & UA Dopplers, Viewpoint, and Fetal Echo
* Required certifications: ARDMS OB/GYN and BLS
* Epic charting system experience required
* Scrubs not provided; royal blue scrubs required
* Preferred skills include portables, liver, pancreas, pediatric abdomen/pelvis, spleen, amniocentesis, renal/pelvis studies, small parts imaging, and breast ultrasound

Facility:

This healthcare facility operates a high-risk obstetrics unit specializing in perinatal scanning and maternal-fetal medicine. The unit performs all Level 2 detailed anatomies and supports a broad range of complex OB/GYN and neonatal imaging needs. The facility utilizes GE ultrasound equipment and Epic for charting, providing a technologically advanced environment for skilled sonography professionals.
