Job Details:

* Work on a 34-bed private couplet Mother Baby Unit located on Floor 5G
* Patient ratios of 1:3-4 couplets
* Day shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 11 RNs, and 1 PCT/secretary
* Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 11 RNs, and 1 PCT/secretary
* Mother Baby experience required - candidates without this skill will not be considered
* Travel experience preferred
* Experience caring for patients on Magnesium Sulfate post delivery preferred
* STABLE certification preferred
* Typical procedures include circumcisions
* Work with Alaris pumps, Bilirubin blankets, and Bilirubin lights
* EMR system: Cerner
* Required certifications: BLS and NRP
* Dress code: Navy blue/white scrubs
* Weekends required with no on-call shifts
* Float responsibilities to L&D and NICU as helping hands
* Team player mentality with willingness to teach is the ideal personality fit
