Opportunity:

RN - Acute Care

Job Details:

* Variable PM shift from 12:30 PM to 11:00 PM
* On-call rotation every 6 weeks including 2-3 weekday shifts and 1-2 weekend shifts (12-hour weekend requirement)
* Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients or assigned patient groups according to established standards of care
* Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
* Coordinate care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment
* Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues
* Develop and implement care plans, coordinate care delivery, and evaluate progress toward patient outcomes
* Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver safe, healing, and caring patient care
* Provide health information and learning opportunities to patients, families, and treatment team members
* Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
* Delegate and coordinate duties of healthcare team members as appropriate
* EPIC experience required
* Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience required
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
* Required certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in state of practice, BLS (AHA or ARC)
