Opportunity:

Invasive Cardiac RN

Job Details:

* 9-hour variable day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
* 72 hours guaranteed biweekly
* On-call 1-2 nights per week from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM with a 30-minute response time
* On-call every 4th-5th weekend from Friday 5:00 PM through Monday 7:00 AM
* Holiday rotation as needed with approximately 1 holiday due to call schedule
* Float within Cath Lab only
* Minimum 2+ years of invasive cardiac experience required
* Strong scrubbing skills with physicians required
* Experience with structural cases including TAVRs, MitraClips, and Watchman procedures required - this is a hard stop requirement
* Experience with high-risk PCIs and Impella required
* Primary cases include Caths, PCIs, and structural heart procedures
* Work within 4-person teams consisting of RNs and techs alongside 3 Interventional Cardiologists in a fast-paced environment
* Epic charting experience required
* Required certifications: WI RN license, AHA BLS, and AHA ACLS
* Associate Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Surgical blues provided by facility

Facility:

This is a high-volume, fast-paced cardiac catheterization lab that handles a wide range of complex and high-risk cardiac procedures. The unit operates with 4-person teams of RNs and technicians, supported by a team of Interventional Cardiologists. The facility manages a demanding caseload including structural heart procedures, high-risk PCIs, and interventional cases, requiring clinicians with strong technical skills and the ability to perform in a dynamic environment.
