Opportunity:

RN - LTAC/Telemetry

Job Details:

* Provide shift-based patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures
* Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning and delivering safe patient care
* Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
* Delegate patient care priorities based on education and experience of available staff
* Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care
* Patient ratio is 1:6
* Must have ventilator and trach experience
* Knowledge of central lines required
* Wound care experience preferred
* Required certifications: ACLS and BLS (must be through the American Heart Association)
* Must have CO or multi-state compact RN license
