Opportunity:

LTC C.N.A. - Per Diem

Job Details:

* Per Diem shifts available with flexible scheduling - may pick up shifts as desired
* Billing runs Monday through Sunday
* No on-call or call back requirements
* Weekend and holiday rotation required on a per diem basis
* Required to float to other units as needed
* Work across two primary units: 200 Wing (mixed occupancy including residents requiring total assistance, short-term rehab, and end of life care) and 100 Wing (ambulatory residents who are cognitively more intact)
* 200 Wing staffing ratio: 1 CNA to 8 residents (3 CNAs caring for up to 24 residents plus a nurse and recreational therapy on PMs)
* 100 Wing staffing ratio: 1 CNA to 12 residents (2 CNAs and one nurse caring for up to 24 residents)
* Must be comfortable assisting with hoyer lifts, EZ stand transfers, and bed mobility as many residents require 2-person assist
* Charting experience in Matrix preferred
* Minimum 2+ years of CNA experience in LTC/SNF setting required
* Must enjoy working with the elderly and be able to work collaboratively with co-workers
* Strong attendance and reliability are critical to this role
* High School Diploma required; Associate Degree or Certificate preferred
* Required certifications: Active MN CNA License and AHA BLS
* Scrub colors: Any professional color
