Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

* Work in a 24-bed intensive care unit located on the 2nd and 3rd floor
* Patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2
* Day shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse coordinator, 12 RNs, and 1 unit secretary
* Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse coordinator and 12 RNs
* Work with equipment including ventilators, Swan-Ganz catheters, Impella devices, and balloon pumps
* Perform procedures including intubation, central lines, bronchoscopy, EVDs, ICP monitoring, Swan-Ganz catheter management, pacers, and bolts
* ICU experience required - candidates without ICU experience will not be considered
* Level 1 or 2 trauma experience preferred
* Cardiovascular surgery experience preferred
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
* Scrub color: Royal Blue
* Every other weekend required
* May be placed on call if not needed on a scheduled shift, limited to that shift only - no other call expectations
* Float to Doctors ICU as needed
* Strong customer service skills required
