Job Details:

* Work shifts on Days and Nights with the following shift times: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, or 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
* Shifts are mostly 12-hour shifts with some 8-hour shifts available
* Every other weekend requirement
* Labor Day required; every other holiday after that
* Must be willing to take charge nurse responsibilities
* Post-acute care setting with a 51-bed facility
* Nurse-to-patient ratios: 2 nurses per day shift and 1 overnight nurse
* Charting system: Point Click Care (PCC)
* Common patient diagnoses include dementia and geriatric conditions
* BSN not required
* Valid RN license required for submission
* Required certifications: BLS Certification
* Orientation consists of 2 hours with LEAD team followed by 1-2 shifts on the floor with another staff member

This post-acute care facility operates with a 51-bed capacity and focuses on providing specialized care for geriatric patients, including those with dementia. The facility utilizes Point Click Care (PCC) as its electronic medical records system and maintains structured nurse-to-patient ratios to ensure quality care. The organization provides a structured orientation process to support new staff members in acclimating to the work environment.
