Opportunity:

RN - Oncology/Women's Surgical

Job Details:

* Work on a 24-bed Oncology/Women's Surgical unit located on the 9th floor
* Patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:5
* Day shift staffing includes 1 CNC, 4-6 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1 HUC
* Night shift staffing includes 1 CNC, 4-6 RNs, and 2 CNAs
* Perform typical unit procedures including occasional pelvic exams, echocardiograms, and thoracentesis
* Use Cerner EMR system
* Work with standard unit equipment
* Required to work 6 weekend days per schedule
* Rare on-call requirements
* Float to other med-surg units on a rare basis
* RN dress code: navy, white, or a combination of both colors
* CNA dress code: Galaxy Blue
* Active RN license and BLS certification required
* Chemo certification preferred
* Team player with willingness to learn ideal personality fit
