Opportunity:
Cath Lab RN/Tech
Job Details:
* Work 4 x 10-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
* Float policy limited to prep and recovery areas only
* Work in 11 procedure rooms including 5 cath, 4 EP, and 2 hybrid OR rooms
* Patient ratio of 1 patient to 3 staff
* Collaborate with Cath/EP Techs and Cath/EP RNs
* Operate GE and Philips X-ray systems, Volcano IVUS/FFR, and Merge Hemo equipment
* Document using Merge Hemo and Meditech systems
* Technologists must scrub and monitor cath lab and/or EP procedures
* RNs must monitor and circulate cath lab and/or EP procedures
* Perform or assist with cath lab procedures including diagnostic, PCI, Rotoblator, laser atherectomies, ECMO, TAVR, MitraClips, Watchman, IVUS, FFR, complex PCI, CTO, Shockwave, and Penumbra
* Perform or assist with EP lab procedures including EP studies, pacemakers, ICD, ablations, Micra pacemakers, loop recorders, and lead extractions including laser lead extractions
* Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab and/or EP Lab experience required
* Required certifications for RNs: RN license, ACLS, BLS
* Required certifications for Technologists: RCIS, RCES, or RT(R), ACLS, BLS
* Dress code: Scrubs required
