Open Position: RN - Mother Baby Postpartum

Opportunity:

TRAVEL - RN - Postpartum (660)

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Located on the 3rd floor of the facility
* Unit consists of 14 LDRPs and 2 ORs
* Patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:2 maximum for Labor & Delivery and 3:1 for Postpartum per AWHONN guidelines
* Night shift staffing includes 1 charge RN, 2-3 Labor & Delivery RNs, and 2-3 Postpartum RNs
* Work with Beacon equipment and CPN/Meditech EMR systems
* Perform procedures including versions, C-sections, vaginal assisted deliveries, and D&Cs
* Minimum of 1 year current acute care Postpartum RN experience required
* Required certifications: BLS and NRP
* Labor & Delivery experience preferred
* Prior Meditech experience preferred
* Must demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication skills with staff and families

This healthcare facility operates a dedicated Postpartum and Gynecology unit staffed by a team of approximately 60 experienced professionals. The unit is equipped with modern technology and follows AWHONN guidelines to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
