Job Details:

* 36 hours guaranteed per week
* Speech-Language Pathology position providing therapeutic services to post-acute patients
* Work with patients in a post-acute rehabilitation setting focusing on recovery and improved quality of life
* Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to meet patient goals
