Opportunity:

RN - Maternal Infant Unit

Job Details:

* Work in a 24-bed Maternal Infant Unit providing labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care
* Day shift staff includes labor nurses, nursery nurses, OB techs, secretaries, leadership, and educators
* Night shift staff includes labor nurses, nursery nurses, OB techs, and secretaries
* Patient ratios: labor 1:1, postpartum 5-6:1, nursery 5-6:1
* Perform vaginal deliveries, C-sections, antepartum patient care, newborn care, and postpartum care
* Work with GE fetal monitors and EMR systems including Meditech and CPN
* Every third weekend required with 12 hours of on-call per 4-week schedule
* Minimum 2 years of labor experience required
* 2+ years of labor experience with high birth volume LDRP background preferred
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certification
* Dress code: Navy blue scrubs with pink badges for infant security

The Maternal Infant Unit is located on the third floor of the Atrium building and supports a full range of obstetric services including labor and delivery, postpartum care, and newborn care. The unit maintains a dedicated and experienced multidisciplinary team committed to providing high-quality care to mothers and newborns.
