Opportunity:

OT - Inpatient Rehab

Job Details:

* Work 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* 1 weekend every 6 weeks required with flex days off on weekdays when working weekends
* No on-call requirements
* Work on a 16-bed inpatient rehab unit within a 285-bed Level 2 Trauma Center
* Patient ratios: Acute care 12:1, Rehab 4-5:1
* Perform evaluations, treatments, ADLs, and mobility assistance
* Utilize rehab gym equipment and standard rehab supplies
* Document using Meditech EMR system
* Licensed Occupational Therapist required
* Acute care and rehab experience preferred
* Required dress code: Eggplant-colored scrubs

Facility:

This facility is a 285-bed Level 2 Trauma Center featuring a dedicated 16-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit. The rehab department is staffed by a team of 14 professionals and is equipped with a full rehab gym and all standard rehabilitation supplies. The facility utilizes Meditech as its electronic medical records system and maintains an engaged department culture through employee recognition programs and team-building initiatives.
