Home Health PT - Seaside OR and Surrounding Areas

Job Details:

* 8-hour day shifts (4x10 and 3x12 schedules cannot be accommodated)
* May visit up to 6 patients per day with 30 productivity points standard
* 1 year of skilled home health experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* No weekend requirement
* No on-call requirement
* Required certification: BLS
* Oasis experience required
* Traveler must have reliable personal transportation
* Occasional maximum radius of roughly 60 miles (60-90 minute total drive time) per day; system groups clients to minimize drive and windshield time
* Facility can call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
* Attire: Business casual; scrubs allowed but not required, no jeans, no specific color requirement
* Charting system: EPIC Remote Client for Home Health (on laptop) and Rover (phone app)/Oasis
* Parking is free
* Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard rate
* Relevant skills include acute care, outpatient clinic, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, orthopedic conditions, neurological conditions, post-stroke rehabilitation, and home exercise program development
