Opportunity:

SLP - Home Health

Job Details:

* Day shift position working 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
* No weekend or holiday requirements
* Treat approximately 6 patients per day
* Cover all 11 counties across both office locations - travel from corner to corner takes over 2.5 hours
* Provide home health speech-language pathology services
* Work with patients presenting with CVA/Aphasia and related diagnoses
* Professional dress code required
* Department-specific orientation is 2 weeks with a work coach
* Phone and tablet will be provided
* Charting completed in Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
* Minimum 1 year of clinical experience required
* Home health experience required
* Kentucky license required and must be in hand at time of submission - cannot be pending
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA), Certified Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) via ASHA
