Opportunity:

RN - Acute Care

Job Details:

* Work three 12-hour shifts per week
* Unit has 24 beds with a patient ratio of 6-7:1
* No HUC, tech, or extra RN support available when no tech is on unit
* Standard Med/Surg equipment used on unit
* Documentation completed in Cerner system
* Floating required on rare occasions
* Must have experience in geriatric care or inpatient rehab (Swing Bed Patients)
* Advanced wound care skills required
* Minor procedures performed on unit
* Required certification: BLS
* Preferred certifications: ACLS, CPI
* Dress code: All navy or navy top with white bottoms
* Concierge-level patient experience expected serving an affluent community

This facility is a small community hospital featuring a 24-bed acute care unit with a strong culture of teamwork and collaboration. The unit utilizes Cerner for documentation and standard Med/Surg equipment to support patient care. The facility serves an affluent community and prides itself on delivering a high standard of concierge-style patient experience in a well-organized and cohesive team environment.
