Opportunity:

Occupational Therapist

Job Details:

* Work 4 days per week, 10 hours per day, Monday through Thursday with Fridays off
* Outpatient care setting
* No weekend or holiday requirements
* Treat approximately 12 patients per day
* Primary focus on outpatient orthopedics, accounting for 80-100% of caseload
* Must have outpatient orthopedic experience, specifically upper extremity therapy including shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and/or fractures
* Common diagnoses include orthopedics, CVA, MS, and head injury
* Cover outpatient orthopedic areas including hands, elbows, and shoulders
* Lymphedema training is a plus
* Document using ReDoc for outpatient and MEDITECH for acute charting
* Scrubs required, no denim permitted
* Oregon license required
* Required certifications: BLS
