Job Details:

* Work day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
* Minimum 3 years of pediatric CVOR experience required
* Must be in 1st Scrub Role (handing supplies to surgeon, counting instruments); 2nd Scrub Role experience alone is not sufficient
* First-time travelers considered only with 5+ years of pediatric CVOR experience
* Level II Pediatric Trauma Center and Level IV NICU environment
* Patient types include neonates through age 18, including adult-sized patients, infants, developmentally delayed patients, and patients with congenital anomalies
* Common diagnoses include Tetralogy of Fallot, pericardial window, transposition of great vessels, open heart valve repairs, ECMO, PDA ligation through thoracotomy, and ASD repairs
* Required certifications and licensure: CST, BLS, and Washington State License
* EMR system: EPIC
* May float to General OR to assist with cases when CVOR is not busy
* Weekend rotation is call only
* On-call responsibilities: 1 call shift per week (end of shift through following morning) and 2 weekends per 6-week period (end of shift Friday through Monday morning)
* 30-minute response time required for on-call shifts
* Hospital-provided scrub attire
* Free parking available on-site
