Job Details:

* Inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation setting at a Critical Access Hospital
* Flexible shift options available: 8-hour days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10-hour days from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with one hour lunch break
* Acute care experience preferred with IP/OP rehab experience at a Critical Access Hospital being ideal
* New graduate candidates welcome
* Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wyoming
* Active BLS certification issued through American Heart Association (AHA) required
* Skills checklist completed within one year of submittal required
* Two professional references from within the past three years required, one must be from a supervisor
* Resume must include full work history with facility name, city and state, title, department, and dates of employment from the last 7 years
