Opportunity:

Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Details:

* Work in a large, dynamic skilled nursing facility setting
* Preferred schedule is Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday
* Position may require floating to a sister facility within walking distance
* Evaluate and treat SNF patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
* Complete documentation in Net Health per facility standards
* Strong documentation and time-management skills required
* Active California PT license required
* SNF experience preferred with mentorship available for those with 0-1 years of experience
* Flexible and collaborative mindset required
