Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Details:

* Work in a large, dynamic skilled nursing facility setting
* Preferred schedule is Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday
* Position may require floatation to a sister facility located within walking distance
* Evaluate and treat skilled nursing facility patients
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
* Complete documentation in Net Health per facility standards
* Active California PT license required
* SNF experience preferred with mentorship available for those with 0-1 years of experience
* Strong documentation and time-management skills required
* Flexible and collaborative mindset required
