Job Details:

* Night shift position with variable start times of 3:00 PM or 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts
* Patient ratio of 1:4
* Every other weekend required
* No on-call required
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Locals not accepted
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* Pending licenses not accepted
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC
* Required skills: ICP monitoring, triage
* Charting system: Epic
* Scrub color: Solid Royal Blue

* Guaranteed hours: facility is allowed to call off once per every two-week pay period
* All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submission
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* 2 professional references required, covering 1 year within the last 3 years
* Treats patients across all age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
* Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, and pharmacy

Facility:

This acute care hospital operates with 200 staffed beds and an 18-room emergency department with 25 beds, maintaining a daily census of approximately 87 patients. The facility utilizes Epic for charting and provides comprehensive interdisciplinary support services to ensure high-quality patient care. The organization maintains high standards for staff reliability and patient safety across all units.
