Job Details:

* Day shift position working 36 hours per week
* EPIC experience required
* Holiday request time off will not be approved
* Minimum two years of recent experience in the field required
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
* Acute care facility experience preferred
* Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
* AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS certification required
* S.T.A.B.L.E. certification required
* Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
* Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
* Coordinate care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment
* Collect and analyze relevant patient data to determine diagnosis and care issues
* Develop and implement care plans and coordinate care delivery to promote health and a safe environment
* Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers in delivering safe, healing, and caring environments
* Participate in discharge planning to provide continuity of care
* Delegate and coordinate duties of healthcare team members appropriately
