Opportunity:

Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Job Details:

* Full-time outpatient physical therapy position working 40 hours per week
* Schedule is 4x10 hour days per week
* Evaluate patients and develop and implement appropriate treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses
* Work to improve patients' strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and function
* Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
* Bachelor's degree in physical therapy required
* Minimum two years of physical therapy experience required; 3-5 years preferred
* Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact license for Colorado required
* BLS certification through the American Heart Association required
* Traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility
* Housing opportunity available: newly remodeled studio and one-bedroom apartments located 1/2 block from the hospital, fully furnished with Wi-Fi, utilities, and on-site laundry included
