Registered Nurse

Job Details:

* Work in a collaborative relationship with healthcare team members to plan and implement patient and family education
* Assess patient needs and initiate appropriate interventions
* Collect comprehensive data pertinent to patient health and situations
* Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues
* Develop individualized care plans with strategies to attain expected outcomes
* Implement identified plans of care and promote health in safe environments
* Work varied shifts in busy and stressful environment
* Maintain professional demeanor, exercise sound judgment, and demonstrate patience
* Complete stroke competency requirements including initial cerebrovascular disease education within one year and annual continuing education
* Traveler must live at least 90 miles away from facility to be considered
* Facility reserves right to cancel three shifts per 13-week contract due to low census or unforeseen circumstances
* Required: Montana nursing licensure, American Heart Association BLS, Neonatal Resuscitation Program Provider certification, STABLE certification
* Minimum one year experience in NICU, Labor & Delivery, ED, or Intensive Care nursing required
* Strong emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and ability to work with minimal oversight required
