Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Job Details:

* Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* Full-time position
* Outpatient setting strongly preferred
* Treat normal outpatient patient types including orthopedic, balance, deconditioned, and pain patients
* Assess, plan, evaluate, and implement care for patients assigned to physical therapy
* Gather pertinent data from charts and other caregivers, discussing with physicians as necessary
* Independently assess all assigned patient types
* Recognize additional patient needs during evaluation and exercise good judgment in decision making
* Interpret results and formulate relevant, measurable, realistic, and attainable goals
* Reassess patient progress regularly per department and regulatory policy
* Identify appropriate equipment and discuss with patients and families
* Doctorate degree preferred, Bachelor's degree required
* Texas LPT license (or compact) required
* BLS certification (AHA only) required
