Physical Therapist

Job Details:

* Work 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* Weekend rotation required
* No on-call requirement
* Floating requirement: will float to acute care pending rehab census
* Work on a 10-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit on the 4th floor
* Team of approximately 10 therapy staff
* Productivity expectation of 75%
* Utilize Meditech EMR system
* Work with inpatient rehabilitation and acute hospital setting equipment
* Perform initial evaluations, treatment progression, care planning, team conferences, discharge planning, and quality indicators
* Provide patient-centered, team collaborative care
* Inpatient rehab experience required
* Acute care experience preferred
* Post-acute therapy services experience preferred
* Former HCA experience preferred
* Empathetic, goal-focused, and collaborative personality a strong fit for this role
