Job Details:

* Work 12-hour day shifts Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (3x12s)
* 36 hours guaranteed per week
* May be asked to work weekends and holidays
* No on-call requirements
* No float requirements
* 17 OR beds with a 1:1 patient ratio
* Minimum 2+ years of OR RN experience required
* Must have experience with Robotics, General, Gyn, Urology, Bariatrics, Orthopedics, and Trauma
* Must have DaVinci Robots and Orthopedics experience
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), and Virginia State License
* NBSTSA Certificate required - no exceptions
* Scrub color: Blue, all attire must adhere to dress code policy

Facility:

This facility operates a comprehensive surgical services department with 17 OR beds, providing a wide range of surgical specialties including robotic surgery, general surgery, gynecology, urology, bariatrics, orthopedics, and trauma care. The unit maintains a 1:1 patient ratio, ensuring focused and high-quality patient care. The surgical services team is equipped with advanced technology, including DaVinci robotic surgical systems, supporting cutting-edge surgical procedures across multiple specialties.
