Open Position: RN - Dialysis

Opportunity:

Dialysis - Dialysis RN

Job Details:

* Work Monday through Saturday on day shift with every Saturday coverage required
* 36 hours per week with flexibility to work a combination of 12-hour and 8-hour shifts to meet the weekly hour requirement
* No on-call or standby requirements
* First to float as needed
* Perform hemodialysis treatments in the dialysis unit
* Treat patients with End-Stage Renal Disease and Acute Kidney Injuries
* Average of approximately 20 patients per day in a 10-chair unit
* Must have prior dialysis experience
* Utilize Epic EMR system for charting
* Required certification: BLS (AHA)
* 3 orientation shifts required
* Holiday rotation required including Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day
* Royal Blue and White scrubs required

Facility:

This facility operates a dedicated dialysis unit providing specialized renal care services in a post-acute care setting. The unit features 10 chairs and is staffed daily with 6-7 nurses alongside dedicated medical directors specializing in both End-Stage Renal Disease and Acute Kidney Injuries. The facility utilizes Epic EMR to support efficient and accurate patient care documentation.
