Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2632.60

Opportunity:

Occupational Therapist - Home Health

Job Details:

* Work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with one weekend per month rotation
* Caseloads and visit mixes per day will average 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week
* Overtime must be pre-approved by Clinical Supervisor
* Productivity requirement of 30 points per week
* Territory covers Alameda County with potential expansion as needed
* Prioritize start of care visits and complete next day mandatory reporting for start of care visits
* Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
* Complete clinical notes and other documentation within 48 hours of visit
* Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office
* Be generally responsive during normal business hours
* Training consists of 3 full days, one in-house and two in the field
* Documentation system used is Kinnser
* iPad and Ring Central equipment issued
* Mileage reimbursement provided from first to last patient
* Parking and toll reimbursement paid
* Company car option available
* California OT license required
* Minimum one year of home health experience required
