Job Details:

* Day shift position working 3 x 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
* Flexible scheduling options available including 4x12s, 3x12s, or 2x12s
* Minimum 12 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
* Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS must be active and in hand; must be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start
* Skills required: Interpretation of dysrhythmias and management of dysrhythmias
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation; acceptable scores on both are required with a maximum of 2 attempts to pass
* One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission; charge RN references accepted
* References must be from assignments worked within the past 12 months; co-worker references will not be accepted
* Hours worked submitted through Qualivis Lotus platform
