Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Job Details:

* Full-time outpatient physical therapy position working 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
* Weekday schedule with no weekend requirements
* Located at the Willits Clinic in Basalt, Colorado
* Evaluate patients and develop and implement appropriate treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses
* Work to improve patients' strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function
* Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
* Guaranteed hours do not apply on holidays for clinic workers
* Bachelor's degree in physical therapy required
* Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado required
* Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience required; 3-5 years preferred
* BLS certification through the American Heart Association required
* Skills sheet required upon submission
