Job Details:

* Work overnight shifts: Friday 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, Saturday 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and Sunday 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
* Weekend overnight shifts required
* Will be the only CT technologist working overnight - candidate must be comfortable working independently
* No on-call required
* No floating between units
* 1:1 patient ratio
* Patients served include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* At least 1 year of CT technologist experience required
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS
* Required skills include: 3D rendering, abdomen without and/or with contrast, carotid, cervical, chest without and/or with contrast, head without and/or with contrast, lumbar, multiplanar reconstruction, musculoskeletal trauma, PACS, pelvis without and/or with contrast, preparation and/or administration of contrast media, radiation safety, sinuses, soft tissue neck, starting peripheral IVs, thoracic, trauma head, vascular chest (e.g., pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta), and venipuncture
* Scrub color: any color
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* May be expected to float between nearby sister facilities - refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours
* All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront during submittal

This short-term acute care teaching hospital operates with 59 total staff beds and 48 patient beds across 2 CT rooms. The facility utilizes Epic for charting and offers comprehensive interdisciplinary support services including respiratory services, interpretation services, radiology, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary support.
