Open Position: CT Technologist - CT Tech

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $4651.36

Opportunity:

CT Tech / Radiology Tech - Weekend Nights

Job Details:

* Saturday and Sunday night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* No on-call required
* Float to X-ray as needed
* Two techs staffed per shift covering X-ray and CT for the ED and inpatients
* Some patient transport involved to and from the ED
* Radiologists are staffed off-site and available for questions during shift hours
* Charting system: Epic - Radiant; Perfect Serve secure paging used to communicate with radiologists
* Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
* Minimum 2 years of experience in field required; first-time travelers considered based on experience
* Required certifications: ARRT R, ARRT CT, BLS, and SC Radiology license
* Trauma Level I and Level II experience preferred
* Scrub color: Hunter Green
* Serves patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Floating is limited to areas where staff are qualified and have documented competencies
* Skills include but are not limited to: CT imaging (head, chest, abdomen, pelvis with/without contrast), X-ray (musculoskeletal trauma, lumbar, thoracic, sinuses, soft tissue neck), vascular imaging, radiation safety, contrast media preparation and administration, isolation precautions/PPE, and starting peripheral IVs

This healthcare facility is a primary stroke center offering comprehensive radiology and imaging services supporting both emergency department and inpatient care. The facility operates with off-site radiologist support during night hours and utilizes advanced communication tools to ensure seamless patient care.
