Job Details:

* Night shift position with variable start times of 3:00 PM or 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts
* Patient ratio of 1:4
* Every other weekend required
* No on-call required
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Locals accepted within 50-mile radius
* Guaranteed hours: facility is allowed to call off once per every two-week pay period
* Charting system: Epic
* Scrub color: Solid Royal Blue
* Free parking available
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC
* Required skills: ICP monitoring, triage
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* Pending license not accepted
* 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years, to be submitted during compliance process and prior to start
* All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal
* Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby contracted facility

Facility:

This acute care hospital operates with 200 staffed beds and an 18-room emergency department with 25 beds and a daily census of approximately 87 patients. The facility serves a diverse patient population spanning all age groups, from neonates and pediatrics to geriatrics. Interdisciplinary support services are available including physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, and pharmacy.
