RN - Rapid Response Crisis

Job Details:

* Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation
* Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes
* Administer treatments and medications as part of comprehensive patient care
* Interpret diagnostic tests and formulate individualized plans of care
* Provide education to patients and/or significant others as needed
* Incorporate knowledge of patient age and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care
* Contribute to quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques
* Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required
* Current California RN license required
* Current certifications in CPR, ACLS, and PALS required
* No requested time off approved unless noted in the offer
