Occupational Therapist - Home Health

Job Details:

* New graduates are welcome to apply
* Home health experience preferred but not required
* Assigned territory covers Area #6 (Vacaville, Fairfield, Rio Vista, Suisun City, Dixon) and Area #7 (Vallejo, Benicia, Napa, American Canyon, Yountville)
* Two scheduling options available: Guaranteed Hours or Non-Guaranteed Hours
* Guaranteed Hours option requires a minimum of 27 points per week with a 36-hour guarantee and completion of 30 points per week
* Guaranteed Hours option may require travel outside the area or weekend work to maintain weekly visit expectations
* Non-Guaranteed Hours option may require weekend coverage and occasional travel outside the service area
* Visits include OASIS Recertification, OASIS RoC, Routine, Eval, Discharge, and related visit types
* Hours are calculated on a per-visit basis where 1 point equals 1.33 hours
* Rate covers drive/travel time, visit time, documentation time, and time spent on phone calls with patients and doctors
* Required credentials: Current CA OT License, BLS, Driver's License, Auto Insurance, Auto Registration
* All requested time off must be disclosed at the time of submission
