RN - Mother Baby

Job Details:

* Work on a 34-bed private couplet room Mother Baby Unit located on Floor 5G
* Patient ratios of 1:3-4 couplets
* Day shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 11 RNs, and 1 PCT/secretary
* Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 11 RNs, and 1 PCT/secretary
* Weekends required with no on-call shifts
* Mother Baby experience required - candidates without this experience will not be considered
* Travel experience preferred
* Experience caring for patients on Magnesium Sulfate post delivery preferred
* STABLE certification preferred
* Perform circumcisions and other typical Mother Baby procedures
* Float as helping hands to Labor & Delivery and NICU as needed
* Use equipment including Alaris pumps and Bilirubin blankets/lights
* Document using Cerner EMR
* Dress code: Navy blue/white scrubs
* Required certifications: BLS, NRP
